The Freemindshare.com service does not sell, trade, exchange or otherwise make available any personally identifiable information to any other individuals, company or organizations.
We may require some personal data in order to receive payment through, say, PayPal. This information is governed by the privacy policy of the respective payment service. We do not retain your payment details ourselves.
The Freemindshare.com service is committed to protect the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer systems with limited access, which are located in controlled facilities.
Your password is used to help protect your accounts and personal information (mind maps). It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential. As you use a sharing service to you share your mind maps with other users, you agree to allow others to view and share your content.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The Freemindshare.com service cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage to your account from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
We do use cookies - not to make a profit, but to provide an easier acccess to your account and every time you access your mind maps.
You may cancel your registration on the FreeMindShare.com service at any time.
You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the the Freemindshare.com service software or visual design elements without express written permission from the Freemindshare.com service owners.
Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to Terms & Conditions. Continued use of the service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. You can review the most current version of the Terms & Conditions at any time on this page.
If we update the Terms & Conditions we will notify you by email to the email address specified in your subscription.
Violation of any of the terms may result in the termination of your account at the Freemindshare.com service.

Bear in mind that the Freemindshare.com service IS NOT A BACKUP service. We DO NOT COMMIT TO ANYTHING regarding the availability or reliability of your maps. In case of an incident - e.g. server crash, network unavailability, or any other failure - some mind maps may become unavailable or even be deleted. Nethertheless, we will do our best to offer a service of quality and act so your maps remain available, and perform regular backups on our own.
